    You may change your registration details (name, address, mobile number, etc.) for each of your reservations, via the Ola app. However, you cannot transfer a reservation from one phone number to another.

    You are eligible to cancel your booking and get a full refund, till the time your Ola scooter is shipped from the Ola Futurefactory. The money will be credited to your source account within 7-10 business days. You can cancel your booking before making the balance payment through the Ola app:


    Step 1: Go to the Ola S1 tab in your Ola App
    Step 2: Under 'your reservations' click on the displayed Order ID
    Step 3: Click on 'Cancel reservation'
    Step 4: Confirm your cancellation
    To cancel your booking after paying the balance amount, please raise a request at support@olaelectric.com.

    To cancel your booking on the www.olaelectric.com before you have made the advance payment, login to the website, click on the relevant order ID, and then click on cancel order.

  • Can I change the details of the person I want the scooter to be registered to?

    Yes, you can update details for registering your scooter via the Ola app - till the time of making the final payment.
