OLA S1 Pro customers who have their vehicle invoice date on or before 30th March 2023 are eligible for a refund
Check your vehicle invoice for your invoice date. Or you can open the OLA app and head to Your Orders → OLA S1 Pro Order → View Invoice → Vehicle Invoice
Customers who are eligible for a refund will be notified and asked to submit their bank details via the OLA App. Once these details are verified, it will take a few weeks for the refund to reflect in their account.
To check the status of your refund, open the OLA app and go to Your Orders → OLA S1 Pro order → Claim your charger refund
