My scooter is out of charge but my charger is in the trunk. How do I unlock the trunk?

- If your scooter's battery is at 0%, and you are unable to open/lock the trunk from the scooter's display, you will still be able to do this and open/lock the trunk via your Ola Electric app.
- However please charge your scooter immediately to prevent your battery from discharging.
- We strongly advise that you maintain your scooter's charge above 10% for a safe riding experience.
