    You can't update your phone no./email id on companion app. Reach out to customer support in case of such assistance.

  • Is it necessary to have the app to use the scooter?

    No. Once the first-time passcode is set up, you can unlock your scooter by entering the passcode on the head unit of the scooter. We suggest you to download the app for enhanced experience. Features like music, calls and app unlock are only available through the app.

  • How do I let my family/friends use the scooter?

    Your family/friends can unlock your scooter by entering the passcode on the head unit of the scooter.

  • What will happen to my profile if I change my device?

    You can download the app in your new device and login with the same mobile number as before.
